An Amazing Geology

One of the geological conditions of Guatemala, recently understood is its age. It may be approximately 370 million years. In line with this, Chiquimula spectacular was forged.

Among the most prominent features is its geological formation. The mountain range where it is situated is one of the most representatives of the huge core of Tertiary volcanism. The powerful volcanic activity of the past on that field was infinitely older.
